Refund and Return Policy

The Services may allow you to purchase tickets for live events or videos on web content. The Company sells tickets and web content on behalf of providers (producers or theater owners) of plays or events or, in certain cases, third parties, which means that the Company does not set ticket or web product prices or determine seat locations. Exchanges or refunds for tickets or web purchases are not accepted.

Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and event specified on them. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available before the event. However, the Company does not control this inventory or its availability. When you request a ticket through the Services, you acknowledge that (a) the Company may not have possession of said ticket, (b) the Company may not have a contract to obtain said ticket at the price offered by an event provider or a third party, and (c) the Company may not be able to supply said ticket at the offered price or within the price range.

You agree to pay Quepedimos, Inc. the applicable fee for each Service you purchase or use, in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for such Service on our website. Where applicable, you will be billed through the billing method you select on the account management page. If you choose to pay fees with a credit card, you represent and warrant that the information you provide about the card is accurate and that you will promptly notify Quepedimos, Inc. of any changes. Fees you pay are NOT refundable, except as provided in these Terms of Use or as required by law.
